Financial Assistance Is Our First Commitment
As a registered charitable organization, we do not turn away any family due to financial circumstances. If cost is a concern, please read below and reach out — assistance is available and all applications are handled with complete confidentiality.
Financial Assistance Program
Our charitable Financial Assistance Program exists specifically to remove the cost barrier from education. We believe that every family in Ottawa deserves access to inspired, holistic programming for their children, regardless of income.
How Assistance Works:

Apply Together: Financial assistance applications open alongside your participation inquiry

Confidential Assessment: We partner with independent assessors to evaluate need privately and respectfully

Needs-Based Awards: Our committee determines awards based on family need and available charitable funds

Community Participation: All families are invited to contribute through volunteering whenever possible

What Our Programs Include
Our charitable programs provide a comprehensive, holistic learning experience. Financial assistance covers full participation, including all of the following:
- All core curriculum subjects (K–Grade 12)
- Specialty classes (music, handwork, movement)
- French second language instruction
- Urban Nature Program (Grades 1–8)
- Art supplies and learning materials
- Seasonal festivals and community celebrations
- Secondary programming (Grades 7–12)
